PROJECT PURPOSE

Automatic Turret-Based Test & Finish Handler is designed for integrated circuits testing and handling with package sizes more than 5×5 mm and application package types SOIC, TSSOP, MSOP, QFN, DFN, etc.

  • Individual up/down driving mechanism further allowing high speed up/down pick head motion
